The Behavior Analysts Role in Building Academic Behavior
Behavioral education is the intersection between education and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Often, when behavior analysts work in academic settings, they work to reduce challenging behaviors. This is useful for students and professionals, however behavior analysts have even more to offer education. In this interactive webinar, behavior analysts will learn the historical context of ABA in educational settings, learn about the current information in behavioral education research and practice, and learn how to make meaningful contributions to their clients using practices and techniques that lie in the realm of academic skill acquisition and maintenance.
